Hazy Flame doesn't have enough card types to build with Fulmon, and since 《Rekindling》is essential, it tends to be a pure luck game that is difficult to specialize.
It's strong if it hits, but it doesn't matter if it doesn't.

I've only ever used it, but I think it's relatively strong.
Of course, it's no match for Peryton, but it's not bad considering it can be lifted at about 50%. Deployment personnel are precious in Hazy Flame.
Ideally, I can do Xyz without this guy.
